NOTICEBOARD CABINETS - RECYCLED MATERIALS

CONSTRUCTION:

• Frames, doors and headers - manufactured from recycled non-biodegradable polysturene waste and virgin polystyrene.
   
• Posts - manufactured from 100% recycled thermoplastic material to ensure greater impact resistance.
   
• All profiles in our noticeboard cabinets have a texture and grain similar to natural wood.
   
• Each cabinet has as standard:
          Integral weatherstrip
          Ventilation
          Lock supplied with 2 keys.
          Doors glazed with toughened glass
          Glazed cabinets are fitted with self-healing pinboard
   
• Cabinets are suitable for wall fixing, or to be mounted onto a pair of rear fixed posts.

DIMENSIONS:

• Cabinets are offered as 1, 2 or 3 bays
   
• Bays are designed to accommodate 3, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 10 A4 sheets
  
• Cabinets can be made up of a combination of glazed/lockable bays and unglazed sections designed to house permanent panels.  Cabinets can only contain bays of the same dimensions.
  
• For example the three bay cabinet pictured at the top of the page is made up of two glazed bays ( each to accommodate 4 A4 sheets) and one unglazed bay with a permanent information panel.
  
  Permanent information panels are available in a variety of formats - further information below.
   
• Posts 2.5m x 100mm sq. - for fixing to rear of cabinets only.  Man Made Timber cabinets are not suitable for side mounted posts.

HEADER PANEL:

• A header panel is available for all sizes of cabinet
  
  
• Overall length is dependent on size of cabinet, all headers are 95mm high
  
  
• Lettering on header panels all priced per letter according to style:
       White, Black or Gold vinyl lettering
       Engraved letters:
       Left plain or filled White, Black or Gold
       Other colours available on request
  
  
• Logos can be added - either single or full colour in vinyl
  

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS:

• Polycarbonate glazing instead of glass.  A small additional cost per bay, depending on size.
  
  
• Magnetic boards in glazed cabinets instead of self healing pinboard.
  
  
• Magnetic discs or strip available for use with above.
  
  
• 'T' handle instead of key operated lock - to allow general access.
  
  
• LED Lighting & power units
   
• Panels for unglazed bays - 3mm aluminium with coloured vinyl applied to face.  Lettering is added using machine cut vinyl letters.
