1. DO THE BOXES
LOCK?
Yes, all except the US1. All the other boxes
are supplied with two keys.
2. CAN I GET REPLACEMENT
KEYS?
Yes. Please contact us, and let us have the
number on the barrel. There may be a small
charge.
3. CAN I PUT A NAME ON THE FRONT OF
THE BOX?
Some of the boxes are supplied with an order
form for vinyl letters and numbers. These
are Cottage, Regina, Prisma, Postillion, Avenue
and Internal. The Jubilee has provision for
a cast
polymer oval number.
4. SOME OF THE BOXES HAVE A POST HORN
- CAN THIS BE REMOVED?
It can be removed
from the Postillion
but not from the
others.
5. CAN THE CROWN ON THE POSTILLION BE REMOVED?
Yes but this leaves two small holes which
will need to be plugged.
6. ARE THE BOXES WATER RESISTENT?
Yes, they are constructed to withstand
reasonably bad rain storms but possibly
not the horizontal
type!
7. HOW
ARE THE BOXES FITTED TO THE WALL?
Drill through the back of the box into
the wall and use the screws and plugs
supplied.

WHICH BOXES ARE LARGE ENOUGH TO RECEIVE A4
MAIL?
The only one too small to take A4
is the Cottage.
The Jubilee will take A4 both width
and length ways and is also large
enough to receive
most telephone directories and
video cases.
9. WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We aim to keep most boxes in stock.
The Kingsbury and Bloomsbury
are made to
order and can
take approximately 6 weeks from
receipt of order.
If the others are to be more
than three weeks we will endeavour to
let you
know the expected
delivery date.
